PNG and JPG
Finished raster artwork. These are the easiest files to post, paste into a presentation, or upload. They are not layered design documents. PNG files in transparency folders contain actual alpha transparency.

SVG
The standard .svg file is outlined vector artwork and keeps its appearance without font installation. The separate _EDITABLE.svg file keeps live text so a designer can replace the wording. Install the approved fonts before editing live text. A vector editor can edit layout elements independently. Replace photo placeholder panels with your approved photo. Check the appearance after import into any third-party editor.

PowerPoint
The Square, Portrait and Story decks each contain 16 editable layouts: eight content roles in Midnight and Ivory. Text, brand images, rules and panels are separate objects. Duplicate a slide before changing it. Select the bracketed text and replace it. Delete the photo placeholder panel and insert an approved image into that space. Use the Selection Pane to select or remove a field.

Keep original aspect ratios. Export slides as PNG at the target size; PowerPoint export resolution can vary, so verify the resulting dimensions. The supplied PNG versions already have the intended dimensions. The PDF previews let you compare the appearance.

Content approval
Do not publish placeholder text, invent a testimonial, add an unverified founding year, describe materials that have not been confirmed, or imply a real event from a brand mockup. The brand-only Ready_To_Post artwork avoids these content dependencies.

Email signature
Replace name, role, phone, email and website fields. Host the logo on a secure public URL and update the image source before installing a signature. Test sending and receiving in the actual mail client. No signature was installed on an account.

Website
Use supplied SVG logos and optimized raster artwork. Keep interface text live. The developer should obtain the licensed webfonts from the official sources rather than from this package. Brand colors and CSS tokens are in 10_Color_And_Typography.

Print
Send PRINT.pdf / PRINT.svg and the production notes. PREVIEW.png and TRIM_GUIDE_ONLY.svg have different jobs. Make no assumptions about bag shape, banner hardware, foil shade or stamp depth from these artboards.
